Terms of Service
Pre-deploy draft · October 28, 2026
These are agent-drafted business terms for review before launch, not legal advice.
1. Service
Relluno provides researched and drafted newsletter content for local campaigns and elected officials’ personal or campaign communications. Unless separately agreed, Relluno does not send messages to your audience or operate your mailing-list account.
2. Your responsibilities
You control and are responsible for your mailing list, recipient permissions, sending practices, political content, campaign-finance treatment, and legally required disclaimers including “paid for by” language. You review and approve every issue before sending it.
3. Content rules
You may provide your own positions, statements, links, and calls to action. Relluno may decline requests involving falsehoods, attacks on private people, election misinformation, hate, or unlawful content. We do not invent your quotes or political positions.
4. Research and corrections
Relluno uses a two-source standard for local events. Research can still contain errors or late changes. If we make a material factual error, we will provide a corrected reissue at no additional charge.
5. Fees, cancellation, and refunds
Subscriptions are billed at the price shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals at any time through the available billing controls. Delivered issues are not refundable. A free corrected reissue is the remedy for a factual error in delivered content.
6. Ownership and license
You retain ownership of material you provide. Once paid for, you may use, edit, and send the newsletter content we deliver for your campaign communications. Relluno retains its underlying tools, templates, research methods, and general know-how.
7. Availability
We may change or discontinue the service prospectively. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes in third-party services you use to send, host, or process payments.
8. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of electoral, fundraising, deliverability, or engagement outcomes. You remain the final decision-maker for sending and compliance.
